The experience

The package combines two things: the entry ticket to the Aquarium of Genoa and a menu at the Tender Café, the internal fast-food bar that the listing describes with a terrace overlooking the port. The adult menu is sandwich, chips and a drink of 0.40 litres; the children's menu has a smaller sandwich and a 0.30-litre drink. Lunch is collected from 11:30 to 16:00, every day of the year, including holidays. It starts from $46 per person (GetYourGuide, October 2026), with free cancellation up to 24 hours before.

The official fixed-date ticket starts from 26 euros online for an adult: the price is dynamic, ranges from 26 to 34 euros and changes with the season, date, time slot and demand (the Aquarium's slogan is «the earlier you buy, the less you pay»). At the ticket desk it costs 34 euros. The chosen date and time slot are binding and that ticket is non-refundable; Open Flexi costs 38 euros and allows one date change. They are sold by acquariodigenova.it and the ticket desks at the entrance. The official ticket does not include lunch: inside the Aquarium, Tender, about halfway through, sells sandwiches, hamburgers, pizza, focaccia and salads, and the Gusto a Bordo restaurant on the deck of the Nave Blu serves from 12:00 to 15:00. We do not list their menu prices.

The warnings are few but precise. Children under 4 enter for free, but lunch for them is not included. Requests and variations to the menu may have a surcharge to be paid on the spot. The ticket is valid only on the chosen date and, like every Aquarium entry, in a half-hour slot: check the one on your confirmation and make sure to arrive at the Tender between 11:30 and 16:00.

How it works

   Choose the date and the number of adults and children: each ticket has its own menu. Children under 4 enter for free, but without lunch.

2. At entryValid ticket

   Enter in the half-hour indicated on the ticket. Without a valid ticket, the listing warns, access will be denied.

3. First partThe tanks

   Follow the route marked in blue among sharks, seals, penguins and manatees. The full visit lasts about 2 hours and 30 minutes.

4. Between 11:30 and 16:00Lunch at Tender

   The Tender is about halfway through. Collect sandwich, chips and drink; variations are paid separately on the spot.

5. After lunchThe rest of the tour

   Resume the route from where you left off. There is no time limit, but if you leave you cannot re-enter.
